Advanced age, dementia, frailty: Is it ever too late to treat patients in an FLS?

In this lecture, Professor Cathleen Colon-Emeric presents a practical and evidence-based approach to osteoporosis management in older adults with advanced age, dementia, and frailty within a Fracture Liaison Service (FLS). She also emphasizes the importance of estimating fracture risk and remaining life expectancy in patients with complex geriatric profiles, and how these factors influence treatment decisions. Participants will  gain insights on tools to guide patient-centered management strategies in older and frail populations.
